Stark & Stark is currently accepting referrals from attorneys nationwide. We are one of the largest Plaintiff’s rights firms based in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania tri-state area, representing Plaintiffs across the nation. Our attorneys are eager to establish ongoing relationships with other firms and attorneys through referrals and as co-counsel. We regularly accept referrals from both local and out-of-state attorneys seeking representation for mass tort clients. We welcome inquiries from out-of-state attorneys in need of local counsel to affiliate with or from in-state attorneys who simply do not have the time or resources to take on these challenging matters.

Kevin Hart, Esq., a Senior Shareholder in Stark & Stark’s Mass Tort Trial Team, is a certified civil trial attorney. As such, he pays referral fees to attorneys that refer clients to the firm. These fees are paid in accordance with the New Jersey Rules of Professional Conduct and, based on our expertise, referring attorneys need not take an active role in the litigation.
